Eat whole, natural, organic foods only
Eat meat from naturally-raised animals including beef, lamb, pork, game, poultry, fish, seafood. Organ meats and eggs are also important
Avoid dairy in general. If you tolerate it, limited amounts from pasture-raised cows is best; preferably raw or fermented butter, heavy cream and sour cream
Use natural and traditional fats, mainly animal fats; use butter and olive oil in limited amounts
Eat fresh organic vegetables and fruits that are considered to be paleolithic foods, these shouldn’t make up more than 30% of your daily food intake
Eat 2-3 meals per day without snacking in between and keep a 12-16 hour fast in the night
Only use honey as a sweetener, in moderation
Use alcohol in limited amounts
Use natural, unrefined salts
Drink water, avoid sugary drinks, including fruit juice
If you need to take supplements, use natural and very high quality products
Cook in stainless steel, cast iron or glass dishes
Respect the circadian rhythm: sleep about 8 hours every night
Move outdoors every day and do weight-training twice a week
Get natural light and sun exposure daily, but avoid burning your skin
